Ayr MRI removal

A GE Excite 11 MRI scanner was successfully disconnected and removed from Ayr Hospital, Radiology Department.  The ramp down, disconnection took two days, and then a day was taken to remove the equipment.

Medical equipment specialist Devon Medical sent four engineers to complete the disconnection. The lead engineer has 20 years experience of MRI, the rest of the team have over ten.
